Magicman returns: Jackson Wang announces Kuala Lumpur concert this October

PETALING JAYA, Sept 10 — Jackson Wang will be making his return to Malaysia with his Magicman 2 World Tour, set to take place at Axiata Arena on October 25.

The show marks his first concert in Kuala Lumpur since 2023, with tickets going on sale from September 15 at noon via Fantopia and Damai.

“Magic 1 VIP” package holders will have the chance to take an individual photo with Jackson Wang, along with other exclusive perks.

The “Magic 2 VIP” package will also be available, offering fans entry to a sound check party and special memorabilia.

The tour carries the same title as his latest album Magicman 2, which was released in July and debuted at number 13 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Compared with his 2022 release Magicman, the new album entered two spots higher, making him the first Chinese artist to have two consecutive albums debut within the Top 15.

Jackson has described the record as a journey of self-exploration, touching on themes of reality, society, relationships and emotional connections.

Organised by iMe Malaysia, ticket prices are listed as RM998 (PS1 Standing), RM798 (PS2), RM698 (PS3), RM598 (PS4) and RM498 (PS5).

The “Magic 1 VIP” package is priced at RM2,028 and includes a PS1 Standing ticket, photo opportunity, autographed laminate and lanyard, memorabilia set, as well as early access to the sound check party.

Meanwhile, the “Magic 2 VIP” package costs RM1,288, and comes with a PS1 Standing ticket, memorabilia set, laminate and lanyard, and entry to the sound check party.

All ticket buyers must register their name and ID or passport number to prevent resale or fraudulent purchases, with organisers warning against buying from unauthorised channels.

Further details and updates on the Kuala Lumpur concert will be shared on iMe Malaysia’s official social media platforms.
