We Likey: Victoria’s Secret bras modeled by K-pop group Twice sell out after performance

SEOUL, Oct 19 — Twice’s Tzuyu might have gotten brickbats online for her somewhat shaky vocals during the group’s Victoria Secret performance but that didn’t deter fans from snapping up the bra she wore onstage.

Tzuyu performed alongside three other members, namely Momo, Jihyo and Nayeon and of course since it was a Victoria’s Secret show, also wore the brand’s bras as part of their performance outfits.

Twice fans (called ONCEs) eagerly shared the exact bra models and outfit combinations worn by the their faves but the most popular seems to be the purple and pink Wear Everywhere Push-up Bra in Heather Burgundy worn by Tzuyu.

While the bra isn’t available in Malaysia it is available online in other markets where apparently it’s sold out in China while also making brisk sales in the US, Japan and the Philippines.

Tzuyu in response to the criticism about her voice apologised via artist communication service Bubble, explaining that she had been suffering vocal issues prior to the stage.

She wrote: “ONCE, I’m sorry.. Before coming to New York, I practised well with my vocal coach, but after arriving, my throat started getting worse and worse… During rehearsal, I could still make sounds, but it got much worse during the main performance, and my throat was completely hoarse, so I couldn’t make any sound at all.”

Despite efforts that included various remedies such as honey tea, her throat was still sore.

The star however seemed to be in good spirits because she later posted Instagram shots wearing her Victoria Secret’s outfit and even liked a post about how well it was selling.
